Positive Behavior Intervention Supports

Teaching behavioral expectations and rewarding students for following them is a much more positive approach than waiting for misbehavior to occur before responding. The purpose of schoolwide PBIS is to establish a climate in which appropriate behavior is the norm.

At Spruce Creek Elementary, we love to encourage our students to do best! One of the ways we do that is by sharing our "ROAR Expectations" and rewarding students / classes who show our school wide expectations with drops. These drops  go towards a tally in their class and​ classes work their way up the reward menu.
